RoutePulse is now Is the Shuttle Running. The new name centers the question riders ask while keeping the schedule planning, driver coordination, and operations tools behind it.
Do riders need an account or app?
No. Riders open the public link or scan the QR code shared by their organization. While service is active, they can confirm a ride without providing a name, employee ID, or email address.
Does it provide live GPS tracking or arrival predictions?
The current product shows service status based on driver activity and operational updates. It does not provide live GPS tracking or predicted arrival times.
How do schedules become driver coverage?
Imported employee schedules show transportation demand across morning arrivals, midday turnover, and evening pickups. Coverage planning accounts for driver availability and fair distribution, with manager review and overrides.
