Renatus respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Renatus collects, uses, discloses, and protects information obtained through renatus.technology and its online forms.

This policy applies to the Renatus marketing website, contact form, website cost checker and review-request form, testimonial form, and Is the Shuttle Running demo and pilot-interest form. Client websites and future Renatus software products may be covered by separate privacy notices.

1. Information You Provide

Renatus collects information you voluntarily provide through website forms, email, telephone calls, text messages, or other direct communications.

The main contact form may collect:

• Your name
• Your business or organization name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The service you are interested in
• Information you provide about your project or business needs

The testimonial form may collect:

• Your name
• Your company or organization name
• Your email address
• The project or service you received
• Your rating and written testimonial
• Your permission to publish the testimonial and selected identifying details

Testimonial submissions are reviewed before publication. Email addresses submitted through the testimonial form are used for verification or follow-up and are not displayed publicly as part of a testimonial.

The Is the Shuttle Running demo and pilot-interest form may collect:

• Your name
• Your company name
• Your work email address
• Your job title or role
• Your approximate workforce size
• Information about your current employee-transportation process

Website cost check and personalized review

The website cost checker calculates results in your browser. Your answers are not sent to Renatus unless you submit the optional review-request form. Printing a result uses your browser's print feature.

A review request includes your name, email, public website address, selected contact method, optional business name, phone and notes, plus your cost-check answers and result. Renatus uses this information to assess and respond to your request through the selected contact method. Submitting a review request does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

The checker sends interaction events to Google Analytics, such as starting, completing a step, viewing a result, or using the print option. Custom checker events do not include your costs, answers, website address, or contact details. After an accepted review request, a temporary submission timestamp in session storage helps measure a confirmed inquiry once; it does not contain your answers or contact information.

2. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the website, Renatus and its service providers may automatically process technical and usage information, including:

• Your browser and device type
• Your operating system and screen information
• Pages viewed and links or buttons selected
• The referring website or traffic source
• Approximate geographic information
• Dates, times, and general website-interaction information
• Internet Protocol address information processed by hosting, security, and analytics providers

The website uses Google Analytics to understand website traffic, page performance, and successful form submissions. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies for measurement.

The website also uses temporary browser session storage to remember that a form was submitted before recording a confirmed lead on the corresponding thank-you page. This temporary marker contains the form name and submission time—not the contents of the form—and is removed after confirmation or when the browser session ends.

Free business tools and public website checks

Calculators and questionnaires process answers in your browser. Renatus does not store those answers in localStorage or transmit them as custom analytics event parameters. They are sent with contact details only when you submit a personal review request. Text reports and printing are generated on your device.

When you run a public website check, the domain is sent to a Renatus-hosted Netlify function. The function requests public homepage HTML and the site’s crawler policy, without signing in or submitting forms. The destination may log the request. A recent public-page result may be held in temporary server memory for up to 10 minutes. Hosting-provider access and security logs may be retained under that provider’s policies. Do not enter private URLs, credentials, or sensitive record links.

Project inquiries include the contact details, service, optional budget and message you provide. Business-tool review requests include the selected tool or service page, answers and report where applicable, contact information, and any budget, timeline, or notes you provide. They are stored through Netlify Forms and used to respond to the request; they do not create an automatic marketing subscription or automatic report email. A short-lived sessionStorage marker containing only a source identifier and submission time is used to avoid counting an unsubmitted or repeatedly reloaded confirmation page as a new lead.

3. How Renatus Uses Information

Renatus may use collected information to:

• Respond to questions and project inquiries
• Contact you about services you requested
• Prepare estimates, proposals, or project recommendations
• Evaluate Is the Shuttle Running demo and pilot interest
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the website
• Detect spam, fraud, misuse, or technical problems
• Measure website traffic and improve website content
• Maintain business and communication records
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements

If you provide a phone number, Renatus may call or text you about your inquiry. Renatus does not use submitted phone numbers for unrelated automated marketing messages without appropriate consent.

4. How Information May Be Shared

Renatus does not sell personal information. Renatus may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:

• Website hosting and forms: Netlify hosts the website and processes or stores website-form submissions.
• Website analytics: Google Analytics processes website-usage information to provide traffic and performance reports.
• Communication providers: Email, telephone, and other communication providers process information when Renatus responds to you.
• Professional advisers: Information may be disclosed to legal, accounting, security, or other advisers when reasonably necessary.
• Legal requirements: Information may be disclosed when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request, or when necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
• Business changes: Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable law.

5. Cookies and Analytics Choices

Google Analytics may place or read cookies used to distinguish website visits and measure how visitors interact with the site. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how some website features or analytics measurements work.

As of the effective date of this policy, Renatus does not use Meta Pixel, advertising remarketing tags, or website information for targeted advertising.

6. Information Retention

Renatus retains inquiries, form submissions, analytics information, and business communications only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

Information may be retained longer when connected to an active or potential client relationship, required for accounting or legal purposes, or needed to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or protect the website.

7. Information Security

Renatus uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect collected information. However, no website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information. You may contact Renatus to request:

• Deletion of information, subject to applicable exceptions

9. Children’s Privacy

The Renatus website and services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and Renatus does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact Renatus so the information can be reviewed and deleted when appropriate.

10. Third-Party Websites

The website may contain links to GitHub, client websites, or other third-party services. Renatus does not control the privacy practices of those websites. Review the privacy policy of any third-party website you visit.
