RoutePulse came from firsthand exposure to employee transportation coordination: changing workforce schedules, changing driver coverage, manager decisions, and riders who need current service information. That experience reflects how Renatus approaches custom software—learn the operation first, then build the technology around the work.
How I Build It
Renatus starts with the real workflow, then designs, builds, connects, tests, and deploys the technology around it. These are the same stages used across client websites, integrations, and custom software.
Identify who uses the system, what currently takes too much time, and what a successful outcome needs to look like.
Project examples: RoutePulse grew from firsthand employee-transportation coordination experience; TexMediator began with the full mediation journey, not simply a request for a new website.
Define the steps, information, permissions, handoffs, and outside services that need to work together.
