Brand & Custom Website
Created the TexMediator logo and a responsive custom website that presents Hugh's background, areas of practice, pricing, policies, and direct call to schedule mediation.
Client Case Study • Legal Technology
Building a professional digital presence and connected mediation-booking workflow around the way attorneys, parties, and a mediator actually work.
The Challenge
TexMediator needed a professional online presence for a new Texas mediation practice led by attorney and mediator Hugh Howerton. The website had to establish trust, explain his experience and pricing clearly, and make it easy for attorneys to move from evaluating the mediator to requesting a date.
The operational side was just as important. A mediation may involve two parties, multiple attorneys, case documents, a shared meeting date, separate payment responsibilities, and a virtual Zoom session. A generic contact form would leave too much of that process to manual email follow-up.
The Solution
Renatus handled the public-facing brand and website together with the connected systems behind scheduling, intake, meetings, and payment.
Created the TexMediator logo and a responsive custom website that presents Hugh's background, areas of practice, pricing, policies, and direct call to schedule mediation.
Configured mediation appointment types, advance-notice rules, availability, detailed intake questions, additional contacts, case information, and supporting document upload.
Connected the booking workflow with calendar availability and automated Zoom meeting creation so confirmed mediations can move into Hugh's working calendar and virtual meeting process.
Built a Stripe-connected workflow that uses the scheduling information to support a separate invoice for the second party instead of forcing one law firm to cover the entire mediation fee.

The Client Journey
The experience was organized around what attorneys need to know and do—not around disconnected software tools.
Attorneys can understand Hugh's experience, approach, services, pricing, cancellation policy, and available mediation formats.
The booking experience guides the attorney to the appropriate mediation type, date, and time while respecting calendar rules.
Structured intake captures counsel, parties, cause number, court, additional contacts, notes, and relevant documents.
Confirmations, calendar details, Zoom information, and separate-party payment steps support the mediation after the request is submitted.
The Outcome
TexMediator now has a live, mobile-friendly website that turns a complicated professional-service workflow into a clear experience. Attorneys can evaluate the practice, understand pricing, submit organized case information, schedule a mediation, and receive the next steps through one branded system.
